The Silk Orchid Gallery offers our customers the ability to make 3 equal monthly payments based on the following TERMS and CONDITIONS:
- Installment payments are derived by equally dividing the final balance over the term of the transaction.
- First payments are considered deposits.
- Second payment schedules are set 30 days out from first payment received. Final payment schedules are set 60 days out from first payment received.
- After customer order confirmation and first payment is received, a Layaway cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellation charged to consumers is either $25 or 10% of the price of the item placed on layaway; whichever is less. The remaining balance is returned to the consumer's bank account.
- Default is defined as two consecutive payments that are returned from the consumer's bank. If a consumer defaults, on the Layaway account, the account will be assessed a cancellation fee of $25 or 10% of the price of the item placed on layaway; whichever is less, in addition to any fees charged by the transacting banks. Any balance on the account will be returned to the consumer.
- If any scheduled payment is late or unsuccessful, the user's account will be assessed a $5 fee per instance.
- In the event a merchant cannot complete the transaction as agreed, the consumer will receive a full refund.
